- Work across physics, UI, tools, rendering, assets, and system integrations
- Improve workflows for processing and integrating complex 3D assets
- Optimize performance, memory usage, stability, and visual quality
- Design and improve internal tools and development pipelines
- Investigate and solve complex technical issues
- Make technical decisions and drive features from idea to delivery
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
- Work effectively in an evolving product where requirements may not always be fully defined

- A proactive approach to identifying risks, dependencies, and technical challenges
- Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Strong product thinking and the ability to make practical technical trade-offs
- Clear and direct communication
- Openness to feedback and knowledge sharing
- Curiosity and willingness to research, experiment, and learn
Come on board, and let's grow together!
