What you need

· 5 years building and shipping production software - across more than one layer of the stack

· Ability to work across backend, cloud infrastructure, and product-facing surfaces (APIs, UI, tooling)

· Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript/JavaScript, and the confidence to pick up another language when the work requires it

· Hands-on experience with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

· Solid understanding of distributed systems: APIs, data stores, pipelines, failure modes, and recovery

· Experience with observability and delivery: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Terraform / IaC, CI/CD, or equivalent

· A bias for action and high ownership - you try, you ship, you remove blockers, and you do not wait to be told the next step

· Experience with data streaming, AIOps / monitoring, or networking and cybersecurity is a strong advantage
