Description
New Product Introduction
- On site installation at Camtek Customer site of new products\modules released from Camtek
- Technical discussions with RND from CDR to release with focus on field calibration needs (service approach)
- Technical writing of the new products\modules to the field
- Training of Camtek local team worldwide on the new products.
- Communicating the requirements of customer needs to the R&D, include the onsite feedback.
- Defining product properties - Ease of use, GUI, improvements.
- Support the global territories technical teams.
- Writing documentation for support and training in English
- Support new and existing systems abroad.
Requirements
- BSc Degree or Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering
- Two years' experience (or more) as installation engineer/ Integration engineer / Support engineer/ Service engineer/ in the semiconductor industry on multidisciplinary machines.
- Willing to travel abroad when it will become relevant (50% travel)
- Working with various company interfaces - R&D, Manufacturing, field service teams.
- Fluent English (oral and written) - Must
