In this role, you will lead challenging engineering activities, work closely with diverse interfaces, and drive development, integration, and testing processes for advanced airborne systems in a dynamic and cutting-edge environment

:In this role you will

Lead the engineering activities of an airborne weapon systems development project and coordinate all required interfaces for successful execution

Manage and monitor engineering scope, schedules, and project budget activities

Lead the implementation of technical and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Lead system design reviews and technical reviews

Provide technical leadership for integration activities, testing, and project requirements verification

Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, system engineers, integration teams, and customers

:Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Electrical Engineering

M.Sc. in Systems Engineering - Advantage

Approximately 5 years of experience in managing airborne weapon systems projects and aircraft integration activities

Experience in system-level roles within multidisciplinary projects

Experience in the development of airborne or aviation systems, including missiles or aircraft

Strong technical leadership capabilities, system-level thinking, and ability to work with multiple interfaces
