Role description
Leobit is a full-cycle web and mobile application development provider for technology companies and startups primarily located in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU. Our technology focus covers .NET, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager - Enterprise & Cross-Functional Initiatives to join our team.
Unlike product managers aligned to a single product, this strategic role operates horizontally across Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Infrastructure, Operations, Compliance, and Executive Leadership. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple organizations, driving enterprise modernization, AI transformation, system integrations, and process optimization.
Schedule Requirement: This role requires strong overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) business hours to facilitate executive steering committees, vendor coordination, and cross-team planning sessions.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM Kyiv time (EET/EEST).
Client location: New Jersey, USA.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate activities across multiple business units, and facilitate executive steering committees and decision-making forums
- Enterprise Requirements & Solution Planning: Gather and document requirements across multiple business units; develop business cases, capability maps, and initiative roadmaps
- Technical Documentation & Architecture Modeling: Establish documentation standards for enterprise initiatives (Program Charters, PRDs, ADRs, Process Maps). Maintain enterprise-level diagrams (System Integration, Application Landscape, Capability Models) using Documentation-as-Code methodologies (Markdown, Mermaid, Git)
- Enterprise Delivery Management: Track execution across multiple teams; manage enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and constraints; coordinate release readiness
- AI, Modernization & Innovation: Support enterprise initiatives involving Digital Transformation, RAG, Vector Databases, and Generative AI. Implement AI governance and responsible AI practices
- Vendor & Platform Management: Support the evaluation, onboarding, and integration of strategic technology vendors (manage RFPs, vendor assessments, and Proof-of-Concepts)
Requirements
- At least 8 years of proven experience in Enterprise Program Management, Technical Product Management, Senior Business Analysis, Systems Architecture, or Technology Consulting
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives, working directly with software engineering, architecture, data, infrastructure, and security teams
- Exceptional written communication, technical documentation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Practical experience implementing Documentation-as-Code and Diagram-as-Code practices (using Markdown and Mermaid in version-controlled repositories)
- Strong understanding of API, Integration Architecture, Data Modeling, and Enterprise System Mapping
- Understanding of AI fundamentals, including Generative AI, Agentic AI Concepts, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases
- Excellent understanding of Agile delivery, program governance, and organizational change management
- Strong ability to build consensus, facilitate workshops, and resolve conflicts across competing priorities
- Readiness to work standard US Eastern Time (ET) business hours
- Experience within FinTech, Lending, Banking, Financial Services, SaaS, or Enterprise Technology organizations (would be a plus)
- Familiarity with specific enterprise platforms: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce, and Encompass (would be a plus)
- Experience with additional architecture modeling tools such as PlantUML, C4 Modeling, Lucidchart, or Visio (would be a plus)
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and operating models (would be a plus)
- Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI tools to create technical documentation, process models, and solution designs (would be a plus)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Level of English: Advanced/Fluent
