terraform Commands
apply tfplan executes a reviewed plan exactly, apply -auto-approve plans and applies without prompting, and destroy tears down all managed resources.
terraform apply with a saved plan file replays precisely the changes you reviewed earlier — no prompt, no recomputation, no drift.
Run without a plan file, apply recomputes the diff and asks for confirmation; -auto-approve skips that prompt, which is handy in CI but removes the human gate.
terraform destroy is the inverse of apply: it deletes every resource recorded in state, so reserve it for ephemeral or intentionally torn-down environments.
apply tfplan replays a saved plan exactly.
-auto-approve skips the interactive confirmation.
destroy removes all managed resources.
