Role description
We are looking for a Senior/Lead Fullstack JavaScript Engineer with AI skills to build and ship production features end-to-end - from the database up through the API to the UI - while making AI-assisted development a genuine part of the daily workflow, not a side skill. You'll own real feature work on our stack (Node.js, React, PostgreSQL/Redis, AWS or other cloud) and use tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code as production instruments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the JavaScript/TypeScript stack - frontend (React, Next.js), backend (Node.js), and the database layer
- Own tasks end to end: implementation, testing, code review, and documentation
- Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) daily to implement tasks, generate tests, debug, and explore the codebase
- Apply prompt engineering and context management to get reliable, on-target output from AI tools
- Critically review AI-generated code before merging - validate correctness, check for hallucinated logic, and understand every change you ship
- Integrate with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and third-party services as needed
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
- Debug and resolve production issues across the stack, using AI tools to accelerate root-cause analysis where useful
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js and frameworks on the FE side: React, Angular
- Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Daily production experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) - genuine usage habits
- Ability to critically review AI-generated code
- Solid prompt engineering skills: structured prompts, system vs. user prompts, clear context management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work fast and efficiently under real delivery pressure
- Advanced English (B2+ or higher)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience with platform engineering, observability, and/or reliability engineering
- System design experience
- Experience configuring multi-step agentic workflows with multiple MCP integrations
- Comfortable managing parallel AI agents safely (Git Worktree-based sandboxing)
- Experience reviewing AI-generated PRs critically - spotting hallucinated logic, unnecessary changes, and scope creep
- Skills in designing reusable prompts and multi-step agentic flows
