Role description

We are looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of robust web applications, working across the full stack with a primary focus on backend development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
  • Work across the full stack with a primary focus on backend development
  • Collaborate with the team on database design and management using Postgres
  • Coordinate with frontend developers working with React
  • Participate in Scrum processes and agile ceremonies
  • Utilize CI/CD pipelines through GitLab and Jenkins
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Developer
  • Solid experience developing web applications using Ruby on Rails (Ruby v3.5, Rails 7)
  • Proficiency in full-stack development with a focus on backend, including Postgres and React
  • Familiarity with GitLab and Jenkins
  • Understanding of AWS and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of Scrum processes
  • Good self-organization skills and communication in English
