Send your request
Email sergii.ziborov@gmail.com from your official corporate address, with the subject “Company removal request”. Include the company name, official website, ApplyDjinn company URL, your role and the requested removal.
Do not send a password, identity document or access token. A personal mailbox, forwarded message or typed From address alone does not prove that you represent a company. We may ask you to confirm the request through the same corporate address.
Verification and removal
An administrator verifies the actual received message and corporate authority before approving removal. We use aligned sender authentication evidence or a completed corporate reply challenge, rather than trusting the displayed sender name.
After approval, the public company profile and its catalog vacancies, assigned news, ratings and market records are removed. Related collectors are disabled. Existing duplicate identities are reconciled, and the company identity and official domains are permanently excluded from future imports and automatic re-creation.
Connected apps receive the changed catalog when they refresh. Previously downloaded content, search-engine caches and copies saved by other people cannot be recalled instantly. Personal documents and application records saved privately by users are not republished as company catalog content.
What we retain
A private exclusion register keeps the company identity, official domain, verified requester address, verification reference and review date. This minimal record lets us honor the request during later imports. The register is not public and does not score or criticize the company. There is no automatic expiry or automated reinstatement.
