Contact & support

Send the right context, not sensitive data.

ApplyDjin is currently supported through the direct onboarding or invitation channel used to provide access. A public support inbox is not advertised until it is verified and monitored.

How to reach the team

Reply through the same direct conversation, invitation, or onboarding channel through which you received ApplyDjin access. If an organization or administrator invited you, contact that administrator first.

This page intentionally does not publish an unverified email address or a form that silently drops messages. A dedicated support destination should be added here only when it is live and actively monitored.

Account or data request

  • Provide the email address associated with the account.
  • State whether the request concerns access, correction, export, or deletion.
  • Describe the affected feature and approximate time of the issue.
  • Never send a password, access token, refresh token, or payment credential.

Vacancy or company correction

Include the ApplyDjin page, the employer’s current source page, and the specific field that appears stale or incorrect. Catalog data is derived from public sources, so a source link makes a correction much faster to verify.

Security report

Mark the first line “Security report” and include clear reproduction steps, the affected route, and observed impact. Before sending anything, read the reporting boundary on the Security page.

Do not test against another person’s account, download private data, or continue probing after confirming a vulnerability. Do not send live credentials as evidence.

Employer and application questions

ApplyDjin does not represent catalog employers and cannot provide application status, interview scheduling, hiring decisions, or workplace-policy answers. Use the employer’s official career page or contact channel for those questions.

Before sending a data request, review Privacy so the account email and request type are clear.
