Focused talent discovery

Start with the work, then narrow the search.

Search the evidence candidates chose to share, then use practical filters to build a shortlist you can actually review.

01

Search where it matters.

Search across profile evidence, or focus the query on skills or target title.

02

Filter beyond the job title.

Narrow by location, category, experience, salary, English level, work format and employment type.

03

Keep the signal synced.

Add promising candidates to a shared shortlist, organize them with tags, and leave private notes for your recruiting team.

Privacy-safe discovery

Candidates decide when they are discoverable.

Only profiles marked Active search appear to recruiter workspaces or accept a new recruiter conversation. Anonymous mode keeps identifying profile details masked, including throughout in-app messaging.

Messages stay inside ApplyDjin and do not reveal a candidate’s email or fields masked by Anonymous mode.

Recruiters can still evaluate

  • Target role, category and country
  • Experience level and salary expectations
  • Work preferences, skills and languages

Identity and contact stay protected

  • Email address and direct contact details
  • City, company names and domains in Anonymous mode
  • Education, certifications and portfolio links in Anonymous mode

One focused workflow

Keep candidates, roles, and conversations together.

Use one account while keeping the recruiter hiring workflow separate from candidate tools.

01

Build a durable shortlist.

Save profiles for the whole recruiting team, then keep evaluation notes and tags next to each candidate.

02

Manage recruiter-owned jobs.

Create your own roles and keep draft, active, paused, and archived work clearly separated.

03

Move from search to conversation.

Contact a candidate directly from search, link an active job, and continue the thread in the recruiter inbox.

Recruiter operations

Run several companies without mixing their hiring data.

Switch between isolated organization workspaces, move vacancies in and out, and spend AI credits only when automation is useful.

ORG

Multi-company workspaces.

Keep each company’s jobs, team, shortlist, conversations and analytics separate without repeatedly editing one company profile.

AI

Parse and compare.

Fill a vacancy from pasted text and score a candidate against an active role with transparent skills, seniority and location signals.

CSV

Import, export and measure.

Import CSV or JSON vacancies, export the workspace to CSV, and follow six months of hiring activity on visual charts.

Questions, answered plainly

What to know before you start.

Who appears in developer search?

Recruiter workspaces see other candidates whose owners have turned on Active search. The recruiter’s own candidate profile is excluded from recruiter search and direct profile access.

What does an anonymous profile show?

It can still show target role, category, country, experience level, salary expectation, work preferences, skills and languages. Identifying fields are masked.

Can I contact candidates through ApplyDjin?

Yes. When a candidate has enabled Active search, a recruiter can start a private in-app conversation. ApplyDjin does not expose the candidate’s email address or fields hidden by Anonymous mode.

Can I manage my own jobs?

Yes. Recruiter-owned jobs stay in the recruiter workspace and can be organized as drafts, active roles, paused roles, or archived roles.

Can our recruiting team share candidate notes?

Yes. Saved candidates live in the organization shortlist, where recruiters can add private notes and tags that stay inside the team workspace.

Can I search by skills and working preferences?

Yes. Search can cover the whole profile or focus on skills or title, with filters for location, experience, salary, English level, work format and employment type.

Do I need a separate recruiter account?

No. One ApplyDjin login can hold separate candidate and recruiter workspaces.

Is the market data public?

Yes. Technology demand, stack patterns, trends, vacancies and company pages can be explored without an account.
