What this license covers

To the extent ApplyDjinn owns the relevant rights, its original selection and arrangement of the public market dataset, normalized technology classifications, aggregate measurements, and original explanatory analysis on the data page and in API v1 are offered under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

This license does not cover employer-authored job descriptions, employer logos and trademarks, third-party source sites, user profiles, or material for which ApplyDjinn has no licensing authority. Facts that are not protected by intellectual-property rights remain outside the license. Applicable legal exceptions and limitations still apply.

How to attribute a published use

When you publish material covered by this license, identify “ApplyDjinn” as the source, link to applydjinn.com/data and CC BY 4.0, state whether you changed the material, and include the retrieval date and methodology version where practical. Preserve source attribution supplied with individual vacancy records.

Example: “Market data: ApplyDjinn (retrieved 4 October 2026), CC BY 4.0; filtered and summarized by [publisher].” Attribution must not suggest ApplyDjinn or an employer endorses the reuse.

Use the API for automated access

Create a personal key in Data API keys and use the OpenAPI contract. Keep keys private, respect the response cache and rate-limit headers, and do not share a key between unrelated operators.

The license to reuse covered material is separate from permission to send automated requests to this service. Bulk collection from HTML pages, bypassing access controls, or scraping without the required source credit breaches the Terms of use unless ApplyDjinn has given written permission. Nothing here limits uses permitted independently by law.

Unauthenticated HTML collection may trigger mitigation, throttling, or incomplete responses. Data inferred from such responses can be stale or inaccurate. The documented API exposes versioned fields and explicit quality indicators; source employers remain the final authority for a job listing.
