Useful facts. Clear sources. A way to put things right.
This policy covers the ApplyDjinn website and iPhone app. We aggregate information, publish our own analysis and factual digests, and provide a direct channel for corrections, removal requests and source suggestions.

What comes from where
Vacancy facts and catalog records come from employer career pages, ATS interfaces, and authorized company submissions. Source availability does not by itself grant unrestricted rights to republish text, artwork or databases. We distinguish factual fields, publisher expression, our own analysis, and source-specific permissions or applicable legal exceptions.
News can include attributed publisher headlines and short feed previews. Saved ApplyDjinn digests are concise AI-assisted accounts of selected facts; they are identified as such, preserve relevant figures and dates, and keep separate observations from our own hiring catalog. They are not the publisher's full article or a statement that we performed the original reporting. The original publication can contain additional detail, corrections or later updates.
Reading our saved digests is free and does not require an account. Original source destinations use the product's registered-account access controls. Public access, free display, an RSS feed, a hyperlink or AI processing is not represented as a universal content licence.
Our own original data compilation and analysis have a limited scope under the Data License. That licence does not relicense third-party articles, descriptions, logos, ratings, quotes, or personal profiles.
Company names, logos and ratings
Names and small brand identifiers identify the employer, technology or source being discussed. Ownership remains with the relevant rights holder. Their presence does not imply sponsorship, verification, endorsement or a commercial relationship with ApplyDjinn. We do not grant a licence to reuse those identifiers in your own marketing.
A rights holder can request a logo correction or removal without removing the company or its factual job listings. Verified logo opt-outs stop the corresponding ApplyDjinn logo endpoint and future automatic logo restoration. Previously downloaded copies outside our control cannot be recalled instantly.
DOU observations contain aggregate scores and response/review counts, not reviewer identities or review text. DOU scores are converted from 100 to 5 by division by 20. Glassdoor and DOU snapshots retain their source and observation date. Their employee opinions and coverage differ; an aggregate rating is not a verified statement about every employee or a guarantee of workplace quality.
Google Trends, prediction markets and prices
Data source: Google Trends. Search-interest series, related queries and Trending Now traffic buckets are different measurements. A normalized interest value is not an absolute number of searches, a poll, proof of hiring demand, or evidence about a particular person. Selected topics and company matching are ApplyDjinn's own processing. Google attribution and applicable source terms remain relevant to reuse.
Data source: Polymarket public market data. A Yes price is a market-implied signal at an observation time, not a verified probability, an objective fact about a company, or a guarantee of an outcome. Volume, liquidity, resolution rules and the selected sample matter. We provide research context, not order execution, betting, custody, wallet connection or a way around a platform's geographic restrictions.
Stock and index observations identify their source, date and currency where available. Historical or delayed prices can be stale, incomplete or corrected. A freely readable chart is not a redistribution licence. Provider and exchange conditions govern these records separately from ApplyDjinn's original hiring measurements.
Company momentum and other combined signals describe the available observations and their coverage. Missing data is not a negative result. They are not investment advice, credit ratings, a recommendation to trade, or a promise of future hiring or financial performance. Promoted placement is separate from underlying evidence and source ratings.
Combining sources, calculating a percentage or publishing a new score does not by itself remove source-specific access, attribution or redistribution conditions. Original commentary and methodology are ApplyDjinn's work; that does not transfer ownership of the underlying observations or authorize reconstruction of a restricted source feed.
Request a correction, removal or opt-out
Email sergii.ziborov@gmail.com with the affected ApplyDjinn URL, original source URL or publisher domain, what should change, and why. Specify one publication, all news from a publisher/domain, a logo, a company listing, a market observation, or personal information. Requests are free and do not require an ApplyDjinn account.
Include your name or organization, a reply address, and enough information to establish your authority or the affected rights. For copyright or trademark concerns, identify the work or mark and explain the disputed use. An author or authorized representative may provide ownership evidence even without a corporate mailbox. Do not send a password, government ID, authentication token or unrelated personal information.
Whole-company removal requires a request from the company’s official email address and verification under Company removal. Personal mail or an unverified From header does not establish corporate authority.
We review the request, may ask for limited clarification, and may restrict disputed material while reviewing it. A verified news URL or publisher-domain opt-out removes matching news records and prevents automatic reimport; logo-only exclusions preserve the company listing. Whole-company exclusions disable related collection and prevent automatic re-creation. Provider-data and other corrections are reviewed against the applicable source and rights.
A request is not automatically treated as proof of infringement. We can correct, limit or remove material according to the evidence and applicable law. We retain a private record of reviewed exclusions so the same material is not automatically restored. Search engines, browser caches, offline app copies and other people's exports can take time to update; we cannot erase copies controlled by others.
If a decision appears wrong
Reply to the same support address with “Content decision review”, the affected URL or request reference, the decision you dispute, and new evidence. A human review can correct a mistaken scope or decision; reinstatement requires a reviewed decision and does not happen automatically on the next import.
Please make requests and objections accurately and in good faith. We may seek the original contributor's explanation where relevant, but do not publish your complaint or contact details as a public blacklist. This procedure does not limit statutory notices, remedies or rights available under applicable law, and does not claim a statutory safe harbour merely because a report channel exists.
Suggest news, a feed or company information
Use News or source suggestion. Include the public publication or RSS URL, publisher, relevant company/topic, date, and a short explanation. Do not send paywalled copies, private material or someone else’s personal information. Suggestions are reviewed; sending a URL does not guarantee publication.
If you want to provide material for republication, identify its owner and your authority, and state the permission granted. For content you are authorized to submit, the requested permission is non-exclusive and limited to storing, formatting, displaying and distributing it on the ApplyDjinn website and app, preparing attributed factual summaries, and operating the requested feature. You retain ownership. It does not authorize unrelated resale or model training, and you may request an end to future public display through this policy.
A source suggestion does not grant rights to someone else's content. We review the source, permitted use, attribution, access conditions and relevance before enabling collection. We can decline unlawful, misleading, promotional, infringing or irrelevant submissions and restrict contributors who repeatedly misuse publishing features.
Your profile and account
Profile creation and normal editing are free. Public profile publication is opt-in. Use My profile for visibility and Anonymous mode, or Account security & deletion to delete the live account. In the app: Documents → Profile for anonymity; Account & credits → Delete account for deletion.
Anonymous mode changes what others see; it does not delete your private workspace. Deletion removes the live profile and saved workspace as described in Privacy & retention. It does not cancel an Apple subscription or recall documents you already shared. Where a limited record must remain for security, legal obligations or an exclusion request, its purpose and retention are separate from a public profile.
Software and third-party material
Open-source software licences govern the software components they cover, not a provider's data, trademarks or an employer's text. A library's MIT licence does not license a financial feed or article retrieved with that library. GeoNames reference data has its own attribution in the Data License. Other provider and rights-holder conditions remain separate.
Read Third-party acknowledgements for source families, component identifiers and available licence texts. Use Contact & support to report missing attribution. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
